β€’ Perform duties over the phone and email β€’ Responsibilities include renewing/growing existing customers accounts, driving new sales β€’ Meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets β€’ Responsible for fulfilling and facilitating requests, troubleshooting problems, and managing customer accounts β€’ Support core values of Customer Focus, Accountability, Teamwork, Integrity and Innovation β€’ Collaborate with colleagues on selling strategies and marketing information

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a minimum of 1-2 years of inside business-to-business sales or account management experience β€’ Excellent relationship building skills and ability to engage clients in a consultative manner β€’ Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals β€’ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Consistent achievement of sales quotas β€’ Troubleshooting and solving technical issues (connectivity, hardware, and software) β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word and Excel β€’ Previous experience with sales management software or CRM β€’ Ability to work with little supervision
