β€’ Company Summary: Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, we have a local footprint in all of the markets we serve and help thousands of car dealers purchase inventory easily. β€’ Job Summary: The Sales Executive is a full-time field position. This position is responsible for generating new clients within a defined territory. The SE’s primary objective includes achieving new dealer activations through cold-calling, referrals, and lead generation tools, contract closing, new originations, and developing and maintaining relationships within the automotive industry. β€’ Responsibilities and Duties: β€’ Perpetual positive attitude and enthusiasm. β€’ New business development for assigned market by selling Axle Funding floorplan financing and services. β€’ Meets required dealer visits of a minimum of 20 per week. β€’ Log visit details in CRM within a timely manner. β€’ Follow up on leads. β€’ Attend local Auctions to increase presence and visibility of AXLE Funding. β€’ Achieve new dealer activation target each quarter, by facilitating the submission of new customer application to credit/Underwriting Department. β€’ Build a performing book of originations each quarter. β€’ Maintain a good rapport with all clients encouraging repeat business and referrals. β€’ Build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers, potential customers, employees, and contacts at all levels across the organization. β€’ Ensure all new clients understand their floorplan options, features and help them navigate their plans. β€’ Must be versed in the details of Axle Funding floorplans and associated fee structures. β€’ Participate in and support AXLE Funding campaigns and promotions. β€’ Tradeshows within market. β€’ Seek continued job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending seminars, and reading professional publications. β€’ Reports directly to the designated Account Manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives, sales goals, and planned activities. β€’ Maintains strong relationships with Account Manager, branch staff and auction staff.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent required, bilingual in Spanish preferred β€’ Proven success in the sales field β€’ Previous experience in the car business or finance industry a plus β€’ Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to detail. β€’ Commitment to providing excellent customer service required. β€’ Subject to background check
