• Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience leading teams of 8+ sales professionals • Ability to motivate a team and inspire a growth mindset • Proven expertise in consultative, proactive selling to large and mid-size strategic accounts • Solid understanding of digital advertising ecosystem • Strong growth of professional network to cultivate relationships • Solutions-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills • Digital media publishing and/or platform company experience required • Relevant category experience preferred
