Description

• Responsible for driving dealer loyalty and growth of the Kryptonite product portfolio • Foster relationships with target customers through a consultative selling approach • Develop strategic partnerships with new and existing partners • Advise customers on product mix and applications • Support distributor sales representatives to maximize sales results • Represent the Kryptonite brand at trade shows and meetings • Maintain excellent industry/territory knowledge

Requirements

• 1-3 years sales experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Bicycle industry or specialty retail market knowledge is required • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action • Ability to think strategically and problem solve • Travel minimum 50% • Proficient with MS Office tools • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
