•Palladian Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive. •Senior Account Executives run work and projects, especially focused on the execution phase; •are primary contributors to designing solutions; •ensure quality work product of more junior team members; •and contribute meaningfully to the teams they are on. •They manage up, down and across teams. •Client-facing Senior Account Executives manage client relationships at the appropriate level, •as well as discrete projects and assignments that require analysis, research, and trends.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, or related field •2+ years of experience in communications •A Ph.D. may be substituted for 3 years of required experience •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills •Ability to work collaboratively on a team and with key stakeholders and clients •Action-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable approach to project coordination •Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously •Demonstrated attention to detail
