Description

• As an Account Director at Aspire, you will play a leadership role in driving client growth. • Oversee project-based and retainer-based influencer marketing clients, maintaining strong relationships. • Lead and inspire a team, providing strategic guidance in campaign planning and program optimization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role within the marketing or advertising industry • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing is highly desirable • Experience in leading and managing teams • Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • High level of attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passion for staying updated with client category trends and industry best practices
