Description

• The Account Director is a senior member of the team building strong, trusting relationships with clients. • Ensure excellence in delivery, clear communication, and sound strategic guidance. • Engage with pharma Medical Affairs teams as well as Commercial teams. • Identify learning gaps and suggest innovative, strategic solutions. • Liaise effectively with medics and other HCPs.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years’ experience as an Account Manager • A strong interest in medical education and the pharmaceutical industry • Proven commercial awareness and understanding • Proven ability of building strong professional relationships and surpassing expectations • Experience in managing campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve objectives • Excellent communication, report writing, analytical and project management skills • Experience of and passion for presenting to customers at a senior management level • Experience in developing strategies and formulating proposals for clients • Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple customers • A biosciences degree (or PhD).
