🎯 Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS or CMS-related technologies β€’ 5+ years selling to US Federal Government Civilian and/or DoD Agencies β€’ Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas β€’ Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software and IT landscapes. Content management systems experience is a plus β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills β€’ Proven experience in solutions-based selling and closing enterprise-level deals with government agencies β€’ Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships β€’ Experience in managing and growing business within named accounts and verticals β€’ Comfortable working with executive-level government prospects, negotiating terms, and reviewing contracts within public sector constraints β€’ Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements β€’ Proven ability to identify and leverage appropriate procurement vehicles to create substantial market opportunities β€’ Proficiency in writing, understanding, and responding to complex government paperwork and RFPs β€’ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex, lengthy sales cycles typical in government procurement β€’ Self-motivated with a drive to achieve revenue and growth targets, both individually and as part of the company
