β’ Proven Sales Experience: 4+ years of experience selling high-end or sophisticated products or services, preferably in the hosting or technology sector. β’ Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of managed WordPress hosting to potential clients (both technical and non-technical). β’ Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of WordPress and the technical aspects of managed hosting to confidently address customer questions and concerns. β’ Customer-focused: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. β’ Results-driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with a proactive approach to driving sales growth. β’ Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, penetrate new markets, and expand the customer base. β’ Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions for clients and the company. β’ Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and customer support teams. β’ Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving company/industry.
