Description

• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach. • Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle. • Negotiate contracts with prospects. • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. • Assist in onboarding new prospects. • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products. • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports. • Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job. • Build and maintain professional networks. • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • Five years’ experience in a similar position • Real estate license preferred but not required • Self-motivated with results-driven approach • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations • Strong written and communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational and time management skills
