• 10+ years of experience successfully closing strategic deals worth $3MM+ in annual revenue for a systems integrator, technology provider, or digital consultancy • 5+ years of experience establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with executive-level (VP, SVP, C-suite) IT and technology leaders in the U.S. healthcare industry • 3+ years of proven success selling global solutions in collaboration with international teams • Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, industry challenges, and business trends, including experience working with payers, providers, retail health customers, and B2B health tech • Demonstrable expertise within the U.S. healthcare industry in technology consulting, digital transformation, cloud modernization, product engineering, Data/AI, and/or enterprise technology solutions • Familiarity with leading cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Snowflake, and Azure, as well as marketing technology and platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, and other core healthcare technologies • Outstanding presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence executive-level leadership • Exceptional written communication skills: the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications • Strong listening skills: a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategies • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
