• At least 2 years as a BDR and/or Inside Sales Representative; must include phone-based cold calling experience • At least 2 years managing a sales team of at least 6 reps strongly preferred • High-velocity sales, SaaS for SMBs, and startup experience preferred • Grit, resilience, and desire to exceed sales goals • Positive mindset with ability to navigate change and quickly adapt • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Excellent people management skills to coach and develop a team of BDRs • Demonstrated ability to use data to manage the sales process and maintain accountability for effective pipeline management across the team • Proficiency with CRM software and customer engagement tools
