Description

• Businessolver is looking for an exceptional Market Sales Leader to help achieve aggressive growth objectives • Demonstration of SaaS platform • Engage channel partners to build relationships with large organizations • Execute a consultative sales strategy • Build a pipeline to exceed expectations • Develop relationships with sales support staff & marketing team • Precise activity tracking • Prepare action plans & schedules to identify targets • Follow up on new leads & referrals • Prepare a variety of status reports • Identify & travel to marketing events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 7 years’ experience selling technology to organizations of 10,000 employee lives and above • Strong preference for experience within the Benefit Administration or broader Human Capital Management (HCM) industries • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery process • Proven ability to persuade & influence others consistently • Experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants strongly preferred • Proven ability to develop & deliver presentations • Strong interpersonal & communication skills • Ability to travel • Relationship building experience necessary • Channel Sales Experience preferred
