• Find new opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, drive trials at new sites, convert current trials to commercial successes through sales teams. • Provide sales and technical support for existing customers of wastewater and agricultural irrigation water. • Work with engineering team and engineering partners on quotes and design requirements for peracetic acid trials whenever necessary. • Collect, analyze, and provide data on the performance of our peracetic acid applications from customers, regulatory, and R&D teams. • Support plans to translate innovation projects to commercial success and work with the sales team on execution. • Support distribution manager, inside sales, and external channel partners on new customers development. • Support marketing function when necessary on white papers, building campaigns, and exhibiting at trade shows.
• Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or mechanical engineering. • 5-7 years of field level sales experience in waste water applications is required. • Knowledge of treatment practices for municipal waste water and agricultural water is required. • Understanding of FIFRA regulations will be desirable. • Strong knowledge of peracetic acid chemistry and applications is highly preferred. • Willingness to travel up to 40% in US and some possible travel to Canada. • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., salesforce) is highly preferred. • Must be authorized to work without sponsorship. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a team and independently.
