Description

• The AVP, Field Sales Sr. Officer is responsible for providing customer service and meeting sales targets. • Drive organic growth through influencing partner retail leadership. • Analyze reports/data and implement action plans to ensure objectives are achieved. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner retail leadership. • Respond to partner issues and concerns in a timely manner. • Increase credit awareness throughout all levels within assigned partner. • Maintain a communication network both within Citi Retail Services and the assigned retail partner.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience • Previous sales experience required • Prior experience in a retail environment preferred • Demonstrated problem solving skills • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
