Description

โ€ข Lead Generation: Self-source leads through various channels, including industry events, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach. โ€ข Sales Demos: Conduct full product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our SaaS solutions to potential clients. โ€ข Proposal Negotiation: Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, customize proposals, and negotiate terms to secure deals. โ€ข Contracts Management: Manage the contracts process from initial discussions to final agreement, ensuring all parties are aligned and contracts are executed efficiently. โ€ข Post-Sale Handoff: Collaborate with onboarding and relationship managers to ensure a smooth transition and handoff of accounts post-sale. โ€ข Industry Engagement: Attend banking industry conventions, participate in virtual and in-person prospecting activities, and engage in strategic networking to build relationships and expand our client base. โ€ข Cold Calling: Utilize cold calling strategies when necessary to reach key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. โ€ข Strategic Prospecting: Conduct high-activity, strategic prospecting efforts to identify and prioritize opportunities for sales growth. โ€ข C-Suite Discussions: Comfortably lead discussions with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and COOs, to understand their challenges, present solutions, and close deals.

Requirements

โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not required). โ€ข Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling SaaS technology solutions into the banking or financial services industry. โ€ข Strong understanding of the banking and credit union space, including industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape. โ€ข Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. โ€ข Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. โ€ข Willingness to travel to industry events and client meetings as needed. โ€ข Comfortable leading discussions with C-suite executives and building strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
