Requirements

• 1 year recruitment, staffing and sales experience • Ability to cold call prospective clients, contacts and leads to develop a book of business • Ability to work independently and within virtual team • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and through video conferencing) • Ability to convert leads into orders and develop professional relationships with clients • MUST own a personal computer with access to high speed internet and camera/microphone for video conferencing • MUST be an independent and self-motivated worker that can work from home
