Description

• The Franchise Team drives revenue growth with franchise businesses • As Associate Franchise Partnership Manager, own relationships with franchise brands • Identify ways to drive growth for DailyPay’s employee benefit • Use channels, events, and digital marketing to generate leads • Attend 6-8 franchise events yearly and partner with marketing teams • Educate on DailyPay as market and product change.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with franchises systems • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions • Outstanding organizational and people skills • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships with a bonus if you’ve intersected with franchises
