β€’ We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. β€’ The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience selling to large mid-sized organizations (1 to 2 years of Enterprise Sales would be preferred) with a focus on GRC solutions (this is not essential to the right candidate). β€’ You will be responsible for cultivating new clients in North America, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. β€’ If you are a team player eager to develop and receive guidance in a fast-growing organization, this role is for you.

Requirements

β€’ 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in Risk or Compliance solutions. β€’ Proven track record of success selling to mid-sized organizations or small enterprises. β€’ Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, SPIN, or Sandler is preferred. β€’ Fluent in English, with additional capabilities in French or Spanish considered a strong bonus. β€’ Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a desire to be part of building something great from an already solid foundation. β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Resilience, determination, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. β€’ A team player, open to coaching, mentorship, and ongoing development.
