Requirements

• Experience working across a variety of client business and with an array of cross-functional agency units • 7+ year track record of success and increasing responsibility in an agency or client environment (at least some cross functional agency experience is critical) • An understanding of integrated marketing with a specific focus on large and small scale experiential initiatives such as B2B, sampling, sponsorships and other event marketing initiatives • Ridiculously strong communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal • Very comfortable and familiar with budgeting and proposal building to sell our ideas to the client • A passion for understanding client business challenges and an ability to rally internal teams to help solve • An insatiable curiosity combined with the ability to think critically translating into creativity (grounded in strategy) that can be applied to your client business day in and day out • Juggling skills. Seriously, you’ll be expected to keep a lot of balls in the air, with each progressing towards an on-target, on-time, and on-budget delivery of client mandates • The self-awareness to know when to listen, when to speak and when you’ve said enough • The self-confidence to sell what you believe in, and to own it when it goes south (and yes, this will happen) – you are the champion of the client and your team’s collective work • Exceptional problem-solving, time management skills and a keen attention to detail • A willingness to actively contribute to making our agency (and the universe) better
