📋 Description

• Responsible for growing existing customers and developing new customer relationships in specialty lubricants market • Actively works with local distribution partners to identify and specify new opportunities • Building strong relationships with distributors to generate revenue and opportunities • Define aggressive mutual objectives with Molykote® Distributors • Execute effectively against a cohesive business plan with distributors • Initiate end-user lead generation programs through distribution • Achieve against a set of pre-agreed sales targets and KPIs • Ensure consistency in terms of the company’s channel sales strategy & execution • Provide impeccable support for assigned teams and partners • Identify and develop solutions to solve customer problems resulting in new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Proven experience of managing channel partners or distribution in a technology environment • Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for distributor channel partners • Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce.com and forecasting systems • Strong Negotiation skills • Strong Presentation skills • Excellent communication skills and Interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment • Ability to work independently and be a strong team player • Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and with customers and distributors • Strong drive for results and a passion for developing new businesses with new customers
