Description

•Easy Street Capital is looking for a Senior Wholesale Account Executive •Extensive experience in the origination of business purpose loans through wholesale (TPO) channels •Familiarity and expertise in DSCR Loans, RTL (Bridge/Fix And Flip) and Ground-Up SFR Construction lending •An existing book of business and strong relationships with mortgage brokers active in the business-purpose lending space or in the general NonQM/conventional

Requirements

•Experience in an Account Executive or Originations role in mortgage lending, DSCR / Non-QM highly preferred, Hard Money experience a plus, Extensive network of relationships with mortgage brokers •Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loan and Real Estate Investing Concepts •HubSpot or Comparable CRM Software Experience (preferred) •Driven and Confident, Strong Desire to succeed and hit high origination targets
