• At Elite, the Vice President of Global Partnerships plays a pivotal leadership role, driving strategic initiatives that propel the partner ecosystem forward • Responsible for driving the revenue strategy and go-to-market program for value-added partners globally • Partner closely with sales and product leadership to create a strategy that expands Elite’s platform vision and drives incremental ARR

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum 7+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or alliances. Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles • Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win agreements • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships • Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • A strong presenter with ability to command an audience • Strong managerial skills, including team development and leadership • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
