β€’ Instrumental in driving the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through strategic B2B sales β€’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies focusing on demand generation β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with SDRs, engineers, and company leadership β€’ Engage in active client interaction with understanding of building operations and energy management β€’ Manage and update client information in Salesforce or similar CRM

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of B2B sales/development experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets β€’ Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university (B.A. or B.S.) β€’ Strong understanding of the proptech/commercial and multi-family market β€’ Exceptional presentation and communication skills β€’ Process and detail-oriented β€’ Prior experience and knowledge of building operations and energy management prioritized
