β’ Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert target enterprise level accounts into Elementary customers. β’ Utilize solution and value-selling techniques to guide the sales process to a successful close. β’ Craft solution-selling strategies to showcase the value of Elementary technology to potential customers. β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with executive management, solution engineers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), product teams, and more to ensure a superior customer experience. β’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, and automotive. β’ Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, to drive customer engagement and loyalty. β’ Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing. β’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics.
β’ 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the machine vision, automation, or technology industry. β’ Established contacts and relationships in relevant industries. β’ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. β’ Utmost level of professionalism, as you engage with everyone from line managers to executive leadership. β’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders. β’ Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach. β’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
