β€’ Develop and execute strategic account plans to convert target enterprise level accounts into Elementary customers β€’ Utilize solution and value-selling techniques to guide the sales process to a successful close β€’ Craft solution-selling strategies to showcase the value of Elementary technology to potential customers β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with executive management, sales leadership, solution engineers, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), product teams, and more to ensure a superior customer experience β€’ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target industries β€’ Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders β€’ Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

β€’ 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in B2B sales β€’ Established contacts and relationships in relevant industries β€’ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach β€’ Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
