Description

• Get Well seeks a high-energy, driven Enterprise Payer Sales Executive • Firm grasp of the healthcare industry with a background working with Value Based Care organizations and payers • Develop deep client relationships • Identify new accounts and opportunities, prospect, lead sales strategy, and value differentiation to close new business • Drive the growth of this business line, earn a competitive base salary and a generous commission plan • Provide a Challenger based sales approach to prospects throughout an extended sales cycle • Develop a strong pipeline of new prospects through cold calling and outreach

Requirements

• Previous success as an Enterprise Sales Executive with a minimum 7 years experience in a healthcare environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of the time • Knowledge of SalesForce.com is required • Understanding of healthcare industry dynamics • Experience selling high value, complex service offerings to prospects through a lengthy sales cycle • Significant knowledge of the managed care industry and previous experience selling to health plans of all types • Experience managing RFP /RFI response and follow up • Experience with Member Engagement & Care Management solutions in large, complex organizations • Previous experience negotiating multiple types of contracts including captivated, risk sharing, performance based and transactional • Past experience producing sales revenue of $1M to $3M annually • Demonstrated track record of lead generation, business development and execution with C-Suite required • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities are required • Excellent at discovering new opportunities and very comfortable with “opening new doors and relationships”
