Description
• The Inbound Sales Representative - Surgical plays a key role in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. • This call center driven position involves responding to customer requests via phone, fax, internet, and email, while also upselling products and gathering competitor pricing information. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and promptly. • Maintain call reports and track outbound sales opportunities. • Ensure all customer orders comply with necessary licensing requirements.
Requirements
• Typically two or more years of related experience including one year customer service experience • Strong PC skills including dual monitor usage • Experience with Microsoft Office • Printer, copier, and fax machine experience • Good attitude, high energy level • Experience with JDE and Salesforce preferred • Sales experience is a plus
