Description

• Increase sales by actively selling products and services to Cell and Drug Discovery customers • Own the full sales cycle while working with internal stakeholders • Accurately forecast and deliver on sales targets • Manage sales funnel from new opportunity generation through closing • Identify, develop, and secure both new and current customers • Demonstrate advanced understanding of the Bioscience portfolio • Organize and schedule time for optimum account and territory coverage • Record client information in the CRM database

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales/Business Development in relevant Life Sciences industry • previous business development and/or applications experience in the Boston area • Knowledge of cell biology, microbiology, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry preferred • Core Selling skills (prospecting, funnel management, closing, etc.) • Knowledge and experience in the disciplines of drug discovery and pre-clinical development • Strong interpersonal skills • Customer facing attitude • Strong gravitas in specific technology area of focus • Leadership skills and experience
