• Active Montana or Wyoming resident Health insurance license • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and build relationships with communities and medical providers • High level of self-motivation and the ability to accomplish goals independently • Prior sales experience in the health solutions industry • Prior experience with laptop computers, cell phones and ability to navigate mobile apps • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point • Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences • Approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays • Clear and valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits • Download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps recommended
