• We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team, providing best-in-class ERP solutions to custom woodworking companies. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a BDR for a SaaS organization. • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving the growth of INNERGY by generating qualified leads and booking meetings for our sales team. • You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects. • Key Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, executing outreach strategies, scheduling meetings, and managing CRM records.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles at a SaaS organization. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. • Resilience in cold outreach and the ability to handle rejection professionally. • Comfortable using CRM tools, prospecting tools, and other sales enablement software. • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales reps, marketing, and other teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to gather insights from outreach data to improve strategy.
