β€’ You will be the Sales lead for a strategic business unit with goal to drive profitable sales growth for both JM Smucker & Dollar General β€’ Build and maintain relationships within Dollar General β€’ Develop strategies to drive brand/category growth and achieve or exceed sales/profit goals β€’ Own & lead negotiation for joint business planning, new items, key initiatives, etc. β€’ Grow partnership between customer and internal cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business opportunities β€’ Manage execution of everyday business, including Dollar General forms, item setup/ maintenance, online content, logistics and inventory management, etc. β€’ Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit components, including merchandising, promotional and supply chain opportunities β€’ Manage internal sales system (promotions, deductions, forecast, etc) β€’ Effectively manage trade budget and distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing objectives

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 5+ years of CPG sales experience with direct national account HQ management experience β€’ Proven leader in negotiation success β€’ Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Excellent oral & written communication skills (negotiation, selling, presentations, etc) β€’ Ability to relocate in the future for other growth opportunities with the Company β€’ Ability to travel up to 20% of work schedule
