• Qualified is the PipelineAI platform for B2B companies around the world. • At Qualified, our Account Manager will strive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. • The Account Manager will own a portfolio of existing customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. • You drive these existing relationships ensuring that we maintain thriving, happy customers. • Owning our customer renewals by building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. • Developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing customer facing presentations and pricing. • Answering client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize customer churn. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). • Prepare reports on account status. • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities. • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or Renewals Manager • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and CPQ tools • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field • Understanding of startup growth strategies and KPIs • Previous experience using account management software • You are a whiz with Salesforce • You have a way with people, and are an excellent communicator • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
