Description

• Lemon.io is looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to drive client acquisition and contribute to our business’s ongoing growth. • Manage inbound leads and proactively engage in outbound sales activities. • Collaborate on and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets. • Maintain a structured and healthy pipeline by tracking leads, managing sales stages, and ensuring timely follow-ups. • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs , including lead conversions, revenue targets, pipeline growth, and outbound engagement metrics. • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to position Lemon.io strategically within the industry. • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Account management, and Developer Matching teams to align solutions with client needs. • Track key sales metrics, report progress, and analyze performance to refine strategies and tactics continuously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the tech or SaaS industry. • Proven success in closing deals and driving new business while maintaining high deal velocity. • Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation techniques, pipeline building (including phone outreach), and management. • The ability to adapt communication and sales tactics to meet the market's needs, stay motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Fluent in English with excellent communication and relationship-building skills (all the company-wide communication is in English) • Flexibility to work with US-based clients (most clients are from NY & SF). • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools (Ideally with Hubspot and Apollo).
