• Build a sales plan, leveraging existing relationships, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives (cold outbound). • Close 1+ material deal(s) within your first 3 months. • Maintain pipeline progress and opportunity progression via HubSpot CRM. • Drive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate. • Deliver updates during internal meetings, weekly 1:1s, and company-wide town halls. • Participate in, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. • Drive significant impact on our gross profit goals in 2024 (and beyond). • Travel from time to time.
• 7+ years selling software development services (B2B) to US-based companies. • A strong understanding of technology, especially in Engineering, Product, and Design. • You have a continuous-learning mindset; You’re an analytical thinker and a problem solver. • Experience leveraging a sales/marketing CRM (preferably HubSpot). • Experience building and launching email campaigns (to complement your other methods for driving new business). • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop business relationships virtually or in person. • Excellent presentation skills; ability to create and tell compiling stories. • A high degree of self-accountability and drive for success. • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
