📋 Description

• Leads the development and expansion of agency business for Century and has accountability for overall growth results. • Oversees the growth of existing clients, including key partnership with largest agency partner, as well as developing new accounts. • Owns development and maintenance of Training Materials to educate agencies on benefits of Century and product details. • Main client contact for any issues/escalations, collaborating with all departments throughout organization to address concerns while identifying and implementing process improvements. • Responsible for developing new agency relationships and conquest new business to drive profitable growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred. • 9 - 11 years or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 11 - 13 years. • Extensive level of professional knowledge in field across broad disciplines and business segments. • Extensive knowledge of general management, strategy and policy-setting practices. • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive space, with detailed knowledge on all aspects of warranty products, reinsurance and similar programs. • Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills. • Proven track record in sales and people management. • Ability to work independently with remote supervision. • Strong level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
