• This is a remote position. • The RCM Business Development Director will lead efforts to drive revenue and market share growth within the revenue cycle management (RCM) sector. • This position requires an experienced professional with deep knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes, combined with a strategic approach to business development. • This position will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of RCM solutions within healthcare organizations. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for RCM solutions, focusing on expanding market presence and achieving revenue growth. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, medical groups, physician practices, and other healthcare providers. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives and growth. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, including CFOs, revenue cycle managers, and healthcare administrators. • Lead sales efforts to secure new business contracts and partnerships, driving new revenue streams. • Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. • Develop accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections, tracking opportunities from lead generation to deal closure. • Report regularly to senior leadership on sales pipeline, team performance, and key metrics. • Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems to ensure visibility and alignment across the organization.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with at least 3-5 years specifically in the RCM or healthcare industry. • Highly effective communication/presentation capabilities of an intangible service to varied levels of decision-makers within a healthcare facility from line managers to “C” level executives. • Strategic thinking & leadership skills; Must have the ability to make independent decisions. • Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and possess excellent organizational skills. • Proven experience in sales within the healthcare industry, specializing in medical coding and revenue cycle services. • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and its evolving trends. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related area.
