Description

• Nava is a consultancy and public benefit corporation improving government services. • Position focuses on managing partnerships and leading evaluation and advocacy efforts. • Foster coalitions influencing service purchasing for government clients. • Engage in research and development with Nava Labs to advocate for policy change. • Serve as a spokesperson at conferences and manage communications related to research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in evaluation, advocacy, and/or partnerships roles • Experience leading metrics and evaluation efforts in a social sector organization, preferably in a fast paced environment • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong planning, project, and organizational skills • History of developing and leading strategic partnerships • Strong relationship building skills • Ability to work independently and with a team
