• Drive sales opportunities while working in an overlay sales model to leverage the existing NICE sales organization infrastructure • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategy for Value Realization Services • Focus on services-only sales that drive customer value and success • Become the Subject Matter Expert and act as a go-to person for Americas sales team for VRS selling

Requirements

• At least 8 years of selling and customer management experience in the IT industry • Proven experience in selling solutions and services to domestic, regional, and global accounts • Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal relationship • Vertical expertise in one or more industries: Telco, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Outsource, Travel, Utilities • Technical understanding of Services and Maintenance terminology, technology, and practices • Creativity - Self-Starter, "out of the box" thinker
