πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive in our Southeast region here at Observe AI. Ideally someone who is located in Georgia, Florida, or the Carolinas. β€’ You will prospect, develop, manage sales pipeline and close new customers onto our Observe.ai Platform through outbound and inbound efforts β€’ Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across key industries within OAI ICP β€’ Collaborate with the channel community to develop pipeline and secure new business. β€’ Own the full sales-cycle from lead to close β€’ Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including legal, sales engineering implementation specialists and leadership β€’ Educate and consult customers on the value of Observe throughout the sales and adoption cycle β€’ Model a wide range of use cases in which Observe can drive business transformation across different industries and showcase the business based outcomes OAI technology can drive β€’ Prioritize opportunities and actions in a fast paced environment β€’ Forecast performance against sales targets with a high degree of accuracy using a combination of bottoms up deal by deal commits and top down territory analysis

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, closing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders β€’ Success selling a disruptive product into an unexpected buyer β€’ Consistent track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) β€’ Experience closing transactions >$350k ACV to line of business executives β€’ Success collaborating with the channel and partner community is preferred β€’ Previous experience with Next Gen Contact Center technology is ideal
