β’ As a Restaurant Software Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in the early stages of the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads. β’ Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with prospects before handing off qualified leads to our account executives. β’ This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, technology, and the restaurant industry.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. β’ 2-5 years of sales experience in the software, SAAS or restaurant technology industry. β’ Restaurant Operations experience as Manager or Assistant Manager with strong understanding of back-of-the-house related responsibilities (staff scheduling, cost of goods reporting, POS Systems, etc.) β’ Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads, with a focus on B2B sales. β’ Experience with Salesforce or a relevant CRM system and sales automation tools. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with prospects. β’ Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills. β’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities. β’ Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software applications. β’ Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. β’ Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
