Description
• Ensure clinical studies are within time, budget, and scope • Help plan and direct clinical studies • Create and communicate study timelines • Interpret division's strategy to establish business priorities • Manage people and resources within the division • Foster a culture promoting innovation and better healthcare
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and 14+ years of experience • Current experience overseeing Obesity trials is required • Knowledge of GCP and understanding of study/project management processes • Well-developed planning, observation, analytical and problem-solving skills • Master’s (MS) degree and 12+ years relevant pharmaceutical experience is nice-to-have • Doctorate (PhD/PharmD) and 9+ years of experience is nice-to-have • Detail oriented with technical expertise in spreadsheets, metrics & data flow management • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Experience with outside vendors performing clinical operations activities is desired • Experienced with ownership of budgets
