•Join us at PolicyMe! We're modernizing insurance and we'd like your help. •As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in nurturing inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities. •You’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, directly contributing to PolicyMe’s success by turning leads into high-quality opportunities. •This is a brand-new role, which means you’ll have the unique opportunity to help define and build the business development function from the ground up. •If you're excited about not just executing but also supporting in creating the playbook, this is the perfect opportunity to make a lasting impact.

🎯 Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the insurance or financial services industry). •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Experience handling inbound leads and qualifying potential clients. •Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot) and lead management tools. •Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. •Excellent organizational and time-management skills. •Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt and pivot as strategies evolve.
