• Company Overview: At Pompa Program, we empower sick people to regain control of their health. • Position Overview: Seeking experienced Remote Sales Health Advisors to help individuals invest in health programs. • Key Responsibilities: Engage with leads, utilize consultative selling, confirm and nurture leads, meet KPI’s, and manage CRM.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years experience and proven track record in sales, preferably within the health and wellness industry and/or remote high ticket sales. • Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales in a consultative, empathetic and relationship-driven capacity. • Passion for natural health and helping people make transformational decisions about their well-being. • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking, Google Suite and virtual Zoom communication. • Must own a smartphone and computer with Zoom capabilities. • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Holds a strong desire to exceed goals and KPI’s. • Knowledge: Understanding of natural health conditions, cellular physiology and alternative health therapies is a plus, but not required.
