Description

• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to large life sciences enterprises, with a focus on digital transformation, compliance, and innovation in R&D and manufacturing. • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies to drive account growth and long-term partnerships. • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, using a solution-based approach that addresses industry-specific challenges, including regulatory compliance and process optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and technical sales, to deliver solutions utilizing CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, AR, and other digital technologies. • Stay informed about life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to guide clients on compliance and risk management strategies. • Identify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends in the life sciences sector, including advancements in precision medicine, biotechnology, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed to engage with major life sciences clients.
