Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, at least 3+ years of sales leadership, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth environment, with a track record of driving significant pipeline growth • Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and use data to optimize team performance and process efficiency • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success building partnerships across marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams • Experience managing high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, performance management, and skill development to drive consistent results • Ability to recruit, retain, and develop top BDR talent, fostering a culture of engagement and high accountability for performance • Goal-oriented with high accountability for achieving targets, setting clear expectations, and delivering results that support company growth objectives • A collaborative approach with influence-oriented leadership, skilled at building alignment with both sales and marketing to enhance overall pipeline effectiveness • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to manage changing priorities and continuously improve processes • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset, able to implement efficient workflows that scale with the team’s growth and business needs • Passion for AI, technology, and innovation, with an eagerness to contribute to Replicant’s mission to transform customer service
