Description

• We’re looking for a driven Account Executive with 3+ years of experience selling new Staffing & Recruiting deals. • We're seeking someone who is more than a salesperson; we need a connector, a relentless relationship builder with the drive to develop and expand a portfolio of new clients. • This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones, supported by our robust recruiting and technology team. • You’ll have untapped commission potential, with expected BASE between $50,000-75,000 and an OTE of $250,000+ in your first year. • You'll have the ability to grow your earnings with no cap.

Requirements

• Minimum 3++ years in Staffing and Recruiting Sales with a proven ability to close self-prospected deals and grow client accounts. • Most previous role should be Staffing/Recruiting Sales. • Experience generating, negotiating and closing Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Direct Placement Roles. • Preferred: Experience in a Full-Desk role and experience selling Offshore Staffing services. • Track record of consistently exceeding Sales quotas 100%+. • Existing client relationships that can carry over and a knack for building trust quickly. • Type A personality with a competitive edge, ready to exceed expectations and earn significant income on a high-commission plan. • The adaptability to connect with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote team environment. • High-energy, positive attitude, with the gift of gab and a love for selling staffing services.
