Description

β€’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with enterprise accounts in the Chicago Area. β€’ Identify specific sales opportunities by engaging CISO's in a business development capacity. β€’ Engage in activities focused at generating client awareness of Simeio and demand for IAM related Services. β€’ Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. β€’ Effectively lead the sales process and provide subject matter expertise in all sales engagement. β€’ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the territory including customers and competitors. β€’ Assist in scoping and pricing IAM engagements. β€’ Demonstrate the ability to create and manage conversations at all business and technical levels of a client's organization. β€’ Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, Simeio partners and customers during entire sales cycle. β€’ Build relationships with key Simeio partners, cultivating business development opportunities.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years' proven B2B enterprise sales experience in Identity and Access Management, strategy and governance, IT risk management, or cybersecurity services. β€’ Ability to travel 30% to 40% if based in territory; up to 60% if out of territory. β€’ Good understanding of relevant technology solutions and market trends in IAM, GRC, security information and event monitoring. β€’ Proven ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers. β€’ Effective at presenting to executive management. β€’ Excellent writing and communication skills. β€’ Excellent negotiation, facilitation, problem resolution, collaboration, and organizational skills. β€’ Understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, risk, and compliance is preferred.
