• Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting. • Research and qualify leads to identify potential customers who are a good fit for our products or services. • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively connect with prospects and generate buying interest. • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system. • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape. • Work with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha to discover leads
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (or equivalent demonstrable skills) • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or targets in a previous role • An infectious passion for sales • A history of learning new tools and the ability to pick up new things quickly • A competitive spirit • A knack for finding ways to motivate yourself and team members • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts is a plus • A Bachelor’s degree • Experience in SFDC and Outreach, Yesware, or Salesloft is a plus!
