• 10+ years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in both new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the Federal Civilian market. • Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets in the Federal Civilian sector. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust. • Ability to set ambitious goals and develop innovative strategies to achieve them within the Federal Civilian landscape. • Ability to build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, including Federal Civilian agencies and organizations. • Experience and knowledge of the Federal Civilian market, its regulations, and procurement processes.
